The implications of the Russian offensive stalling result in a lengthening of both the sanctions leveled on Russia and the ramifications that they will have on the global economy. We believe it is important to assist our communities in understanding the fundamental aspects of war strategy and diplomacy so that those who are most likely to be affected are also not the least aware of its anatomy.
